Reiki (pronounced “ray-kee”) is a Japanese hands-on and distance healing technique for oneself and others. The technique teaches the individual how to move energy using electromagnetic fields.

During this weekend, you will:
-Learn how to use Reiki as a healing and personal growth system
-Understand your ancestral lineage into this Reiki modality
-Perform Reiki sessions with each other and for yourself
-Learn a basic understanding of the chakra system and how to incorporate it into a reiki session
-Explore multiple methods for performing Reiki from a distance
-Practice using the Reiki symbols to help alleviate unwanted patterns and connect with your innate ability to heal
